EMU began in Derbyshire and now delivers events across the UK, from members' club takeovers and launch nights to private celebrations with headline entertainment. Behind every booking sits a production crew, a contracted roster of performers and a supplier bench we have spent years building.

The studio grew out of that work. Clients kept asking us to build the website, run the socials and sell the tickets as well as run the night, so now we do. Same team, same standard, before the doors open and after they close.

Discovery

We listen. Your objective, your audience and your venue, or your customers and your channels, shape everything that follows.

Concept

A written proposal with acts, production and budget for an event, or scope, design direction and budget for a site or campaign, set out in plain terms.

Build

Contracts, suppliers, staffing and security for the night. Design, copy, build and testing for the site. All handled by us.

The Night, or the Launch

Our crew runs the room from doors to close, led by your event director. Or the site goes live, the campaign starts and the first numbers come in. You host. We handle the rest.

Encore

A full debrief and honest numbers, then a plan for the next one. Sites and channels stay looked after month to month if you want them to.

What does Event Management UK do?

Event Management UK (EMU) designs and delivers bespoke corporate and luxury events across the UK, and runs a studio that builds the websites, social media and campaigns that fill them. One team handles event design and production, live entertainment, venue residencies and on-the-night operations, with SIA-licensed security provided through our partnership with Monarch Security.

Do you build websites?

Yes. The studio designs and builds Shopify stores and custom sites, writes the copy, sorts the domain, hosting and email, and can look after the site month to month. A selection of recent builds is shown above, and this site is ours too.

Can you run our social media?

Yes. We plan a content calendar, make and post the content, handle replies and send a monthly report across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. It pairs well with our events, because the footage comes from nights we already run, and it stands on its own too.

Can you promote our event or venue?

Yes. Launch plans, paid ads, email and organic content built around a target we agree first. For venues we combine promotion with a residency, so the same team fills the room and runs it.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Derbyshire and work nationwide. Most of our events run in Derby, Nottingham and across the East Midlands, and we regularly travel anywhere in the UK for corporate clients and venues. Website, social and campaign work is delivered remotely for clients anywhere in the UK.

How much does it cost?

Every event, website and campaign is priced individually. After a free consultation you receive a written proposal with the scope and budget set out in plain terms, before you commit to anything.

Do you provide event security?

Yes. SIA-licensed security is built into our events through our partnership with Monarch Security, covering door staff, crowd management and guest safety.
